Pre-Orders

We offer a pre-order service for shoes that are not currently in stock. This allows you to order the shoes you're looking for from us, even if they are not readily available in our warehouse.

Sizes available for pre-order are displayed on the product page under the heading Normal Delivery or have an Orange dot on the size selection.

Pre-Orders are ordered from our suppliers to our warehouse and are then authenticated by us before shipping them to you.

The delivery time for pre-orders typically ranges from 5 to 12 business days.

If the shoes you want are not listed in our online store, feel free to contact us via chat, email, or Instagram, and we’ll assist you in finding the shoes you're looking for!

Once we've found the items you ordered, the pre-order cannot be canceled.

We charge a 10% restocking fee for the return of pre-ordered items.

Alternatively, you can choose to receive a refund in the form of a gift card, which can be used in our online store. In this case, the 10% restocking fee will not be applied.
